The 2026 Southern / Handicap teams was held on Sunday 27 September. This is was a Swiss Teams event with an open and handicapped result. Sixteen teams competed with players of all experience levels.
The winners in the open competition were the Smith team (Darryl Smith, Chris Girvan, Gulum Kocak-Sunamak, Guray Sunamak). The Rhodes team (Julie Rhodes, Hilton Francis, Paul Fredheim, Laura Bauermeister) came second, and the McCoull team came third (Erica McCoull, Jeremy Reid, Maruta Boyd, Barbara Holland). The Calvert team (Nola Calvert, Rex Calvert, Jegs Nuttall, Jo Castillo) won on handicap. The Smith team came second and the Johnson team (Julia Johnson, Geoff Green, Toby Meredith, Pam Halton) came third.
