A personal scoresheet, designed to be comb bound to form a booklet of scoresheets. Print double sided (flip on short side) and trim to the lines on the back. Punch binding holes along the top edges. Two sheets per page. 36 sheets (ie 18 pages) will fit in a 10mm binding comb with a stiff card backing.
